The profile of the Mavic A 119 rim was optimized to achieve the best possible quality to price ratio. The rim is made of high-quality 6106 aluminium and features single eyelets as well as an external wear indicator.
UB Control (Usiné Brut Control) – The braking surfaces are micro-milled to improve braking friction and eliminate shuddering.
Shimano Deore HB-T610 and FH-T610 front and rear hub
The Shimano Deore T610 hubs for rim brakes feature labyrinth seals. Adjustable angular contact bearings guarantee smooth rolling characteristics and long durability. Rear hub is equipped with a lightweight freewheel body.
Compatible with Shimano 8-/9-/10- speed cassettes.
